An initial consultation lasts for one hour. During the initial consult I will concentrate on gathering your medical and life history so that we can create a treatment plan that suits your needs.

Please bring any medical tests and names of prescription medication you may be taking. I may ask you a lot of information about your medical history, so you may wish to email me some major points before you come in, or take a note of them so that you can let me know.

A consult will concentrate on identifying what health issues you need support with, and how best we can work together to meet our needs. I may use certain naturopathic tools to help me create a picture of your heath, and if necessary we can use laboratory tests to deepen the knowledge we have of your body.

I will then advise you with nutritional plans, lifestyle changes, natural medicines or psychotherapeutic techniques depending on your needs and your budget.

After the initial consultation we can decide how often we need to see each other so that you feel supported in such a way that will help you the grow the most.

Repeat consultations generally last for an half an hour for naturopathy, but arrangements can be made to meet your individual needs.

The amount of consultations necessary depends on how best I can support you.

Fees

£80 for 1 hour initial consult

£40 for half an hour follow- up session

Therapy prices are dependant on the journey we have planned together

Herbs and supplements are extra, but I try to keep my prescription to a cost effective minimum. Liquid herbs are generally £6 per 100mls, and I normally prescribe between 300-500mls at a time.
